    Reviewed Crispy Ginger Beef

    "I used pre-tenderized "fajita" style cuts of some unknown type of beef and then sliced them again to make sure they were thin enough, replaced the veggies with broccoli and yellow onion, used the corn oil I had on hand.     "The major failing of this recipe is the dry mixes. Different brands will give you a different flavor result, so there's no way to know when you start out what your actual result will be. I wish the poster had listed the brand of dry mixes they used... at least as a suggest! I did NOT find the roast too salty, but I did think the gravy over powered ..."
