My honey and I like to hike the high peaks. We are working our way through the Adirondacks, and have spent some time in the Sierra Nevada, White, and Presidential ranges.
My youngest daughter has just gone off to college, and I am sooo enjoying not having to share my husband with anyone. I do sorely miss her, though. Two of my other daughers are still living close by, so I just lean on them a bit more. Daughters are fun to have around!
I have been cooking professionally since 1971. Right now I'm taking it easy, running a vegetarian/vegan cafe in a college town, working with a rotation of 30 college students.
