    Reviewed Green Bean Casserole
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Chef Eliza G

"This green bean casserole is so much better than the standard recipe everyone makes. This is not hard and it's worth the extra few minutes. I have to admit I prefer it without the cheese on top.
Thank you Paula, I will make this recipe year after year!"

     |  By Chef Eliza G

"This recipe was really easy and had really amazing flavor! I always make my own sauce and let it cook for hours, so I was really reluctant to make the Pomodoro sauce but I am so glad I did. This entire dish was as good as any spaghetti and meatball meal I've ever had in any restaurant.
Thank you Tyler, you never disappoint me!"

    Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas
     |  (2 people found this helpful) |  By Chef Eliza G

"I've been making enchiladas for years but I have yet to find just the right enchilada recipe, at least until now! This recipe has the perfect amount of flavor and spices. I followed the receipe with the exception of how the chicken was cooked, but only because I had leftover roasted chicken. Once I shredded my chicken I added some cumin, orega ..."

    Reviewed Pan-Grilled Lamb Shoulder Chops
     |  By Chef Eliza G

"This is a great recipe! If people don't like this recipe it's because they must not really like lamb. I cooked it on the grill rather than in a cast iron pan. It was fabulous! I will make this again! "

"This is a great recipe! I did add some fresh thyme, and used red onion, but the base of this is very flavorful. I will make this again!"

Reviewed Marinated and Grilled London Broil with Emeril's Homemade Steak Sauce
     |  By Chef Eliza G

"The flavor from this marinade is awesome! I did change 1 thing and used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. I marinated the steak for about 8 hours and then grilled it for about 6 minutes a side; reduced the sauce and poured it over the steak slices. We never did make the steak sauce, but it really didn't need any other flavor. This mari ..."

Reviewed Lady and Sons' Chicken in Wine Sauce
     |  By Chef Eliza G

"Thank you Paula! We loved this recipe, the chicken was moist and the 'stuffing' had a wonderful crunch. This is one of those recipes where everyone thinks it's much more labor intensive to make because the flavor is so awesome! We WILL be making this one again!"

    Reviewed The Burger Bar
     |  By Chef Eliza G

"Thank you Tyler! This was the most incredible burger I have ever made. I will never EVER make hamburgers any other way!! Everyone kept making "yummy noises" while they were eating!! Just a bit of kosher salt and fresh pepper....then onto the grill. OUTSTANDING!"

Reviewed Butterflied Chicken with Thyme, Lemon and Garlic
     |  By Chef Eliza G

"This is a great recipe! It's just my hubby and I so I didn't need to do an entire chicken, 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts. This had tons of flavor! I put it on a very hot grill for a few minutes to sear in the juices. Then turned the head down and cooked on indirect heat for about 7 minutes per side.
I will make this again! thanks Bobby!! O ..."

    Reviewed Western Frittata
     |  By Chef Eliza G

"This frittata is great! My hubby loves a western omelet and this is so much easier to put together and toss in the oven! I did add a little bit of dried mustard to the eggs for an extra "BAM". This will be in my regular weekend breakfast rotation!!
Thanks Emeril, you did it again!"
