"very good! I was afraid the chili powder would be to much for sweet potatoes but was supised,all the flavors did blend beautifull,nice taste and they looked great. Also was easy to put together.I left them in the oven for 30 min at 400 degrees.Thank you for a great recipe!"

"So good! I used Grand Marnier instead of the brandy and the small spring carrots,so easy and so very good! I did however cook it for 60 min. instead of 40,and aother time I cooked them for 40 min. uncoverd and cooked 15 min. in 400 degree oven to brown them some,both times....wonderful!Thanks Carrie Ann."

"Very good and easy! We do not have english muffins in the Netherlands so I used crusty country bread instead,put a poached egg on top and a green salad on the side for a nice comfort-food-dinner!Thank you Pat for a great recipe!"

"Good-good,real comfort food for me!I liked the recipe alot,used 4 leeks (we love leeks and used mainly the white part.Other than that I made it just as written. Served it with a poached egg on top and a tomato salad,it was a great meal.Thank marie for sharing."

"Lovely salad! I am sure I will fix this many times over the summer.I did use a little more oil and used a red small onion,very good. Next day ( we had some leftovers!
