    Reviewed Dinner Spanakopitas

    "Delish! There are just the two of us, so I cut the recipe in half and simplified it a bit.
    *I left out the scallions. Didn't think they were needed with the onions. Added a clove of garlic. *Omitted the pine nuts. Too expensive.
    *Cut the salt to 1/4 teaspoon. This recipe is waaaay too salty.
    *Omitted the feta cheese (didn't have any on hand) and put a teaspoon sized chunk of fresh goat cheese in each just before folding.
    *Omitted the buttering of each sheet. Too many fat calories. I used butter flavor cooking spray instead.
    They were fresh tasting and beautiful. I will make a slightly smaller version as appetizers for my next Bunco party! The ladies will love them.
