"Truly an amazing soup!! Very creamy and cheesy. I boiled a ham bone I had left over from christmas and used that stock as a base for this soup. I think it brought it to a whole new level! Easily adaptable to yoru taste and works well with regular fat cheese and well with 2% cheese. Will be making again really soon. Thanks!!!"
