"I made the original and the watermelon mojito. Both were great!! I did add a little extra sugar to the original, but the mojito version didn't need anything added. I really loved this as a non-alcoholic alternative, but will most likely add some rum next time around. Made for Variety is the Spice of Life event 2013."

"Really loved the spice blend in there, they made it seem sweet without actually being too sweet! As SusieD already mentioned, I would make the onion and peppers a little larger, but if you have an onion hater in the house smaller might be better! Good Luck!"

"A nice simple filling. I fried some up and dipped them in extra soy sauce and Chili paste mixed together. I froze the rest before frying. I plan to try to bake those for health reasons. These turned out great and the ingredient list was much easier to handle than eggrolls. Made for PAC 2012."

"I cut the recipe in half because this was a very labor intensive recipe. I also made mine to look like pumpkins because I had orange candy melts on hand. The recipe turned out great and all the kids loved them! Made for PAC Fall '12."

"This is such a beautiful recipe! I cut the recipe back a little bit and made it in a 9 inch pie plate. I have never really liked ratatouille, but I think it was because my mom made it all mixed up and if I remember correctly she didn't season hers very well : This was quite different from her's and very delicious! "I really enjoyed the crispy coating on the chicken but could have done without the sauce. It wasn't bad just not really needed to enjoy this chicken! The sage adds a nice flavor, but could be used on the chicken. Made for PAC fall 2012."
