"We just finished this. It was a nice change. Loved the dressing. I did not have plain yougurt, so I used fat-free sour cream instead. I believe I will be making that again, but with a little less dill, and way less pepper. "I really liked the taste of this with apples and nutmeg. It was difficult for me though to get over how sweet it was. I will be doing this again, but will only sprinkle lightly with brown sugar instead of adding so much of it. Thanks for a good receipe - I agree, it might help quite few people get over their brussels sprout fears :"

"Me and my husband both love this receipe...To make it a more lower calorie dish, we replaced the butter and oil in ingredients to cooking spray, and instead of heavy cream we used fat-free milk w. 1/2 tsp of flour for thickness...with the changes the whole meal still tasted great. The gritts we replaced with brown rice, and added celery to vegetab ..."
