"My family and I really enjoyed this recipe...I used 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1 cup of the fat free half and half...added just a tbs. of cornstarch near end to thicken it up. I also added cajun seasoning to the cream mixture as well as when I cooked the chicken...gave it more flavor...so yummy!!!!!"
