    About Me

    By day I am in computer support and a musician on the nights and weekends. I love to attend cooking classes of just about any kind and am addicted to the Food Network. A few times a year I cook dinner at the Synagogue for 100 or so of my "closest friends"!

    Favorite Foods

    ANYTHING except sauerkraut or lima beans!!
    Pizza is my downfall.
    I cook a many different styles but concentrate mainly on oriental- and Italian-style dishes, mostly using chicken plus some fish and a little beef or bison.
    I try to keep my recipes here kosher, as I am Jewish as are a majority of my friends. Feel free to substitute whatever meats or ingredients you wish if making dishes kosher is not your thing. E-Mail me for suggestions!!
