    Reviewed Cheesy Bacon Grits

    "I made these for breakfast with plain scrambled eggs & fruit salad. If you use regular bacon I would suggest omitting the salt like I did. There's plenty of salt in the bacon & cheddar cheese. And I added little more milk & turned the heat down to low & simmered longer even though I used the quick grits. It allowed for a creamier texture."

    "I really enjoyed the taste of the meatballs, but I too added my little something to the mix. A teensy splash of worcestershire & fresh dill, a bunch of fresh parsley, & some fresh mushrooms.
    I also like it served with cucumbers.... but I made the old standby of cucumbers with onion & sour cream. A cucumber salad made with a vinaigrette would do ..."
