"I tried this recipe tonight. I made a few adjustments: I used about 6 oz whipping cream (had no cream cheese. I used 4 tb of butter instead of 6, and also used about 5 or 6 cloves of garlic that i sliced thinly. I also added a bit of vegetable base to the boiling water for the potatoes. "I tried this recipe tonight. Made it with beef fajitas. The tortillas were fantastic! And quite easy to make. I have made corn tortillas using the regular make-the-dough-and-squish-em-flat way - both very good but these seemed to be much more moist and just as fun to make as pancakes!"
