    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

    I hold 2 Doctorates a Ph.D. in Metaphysics & a D.D. (Doctorate in Divinity).

I am known for my "Afterburner Chili." It's name tells you what it does. LOL I have won 2 chili cookoffs with it. It must be made in a cast iron pot as it eats Teflon off of pans, and can only be stored in glass containers as it melts plastic. Not for the meek!!!

2 of my favorite restaurants are in my hometown of Waterloo, Iowa. The first being the Brown Bottle. They have the best Fettucine Alfredo, and I have eaten it around the world and in numerous locations in the states.

The second would be Steamboat Gardens and their Fried Pork Tenderloin sandwich. Definitely bigger than the bun and almost bigger than the plate.

I enjoy: Spending time with my wife and 6 kids. Constantly Learning, Eating & Cooking, Reading, Christian Arcana, JFK Assassination, Fishing, Serial Killers,Camping, Hiking, Vampires, Area 51, Crop Circles, Conspiracy Theories, Forensic Pathology, Hannibal Lecter, NDEs, OBEs, Paranormal.

Musically I am very eclectic, listening to everything from Mozart to Metallica. Any music that is fun to listen to.

    Favorite quotes:

Voltaire - "Common sense isn't so common."

Hannibal Lecter - "I'm having an old friend for dinner."

Norman Cousins - "Wisdom consists of anticipation of the consequences of your decisions."

    Favorite Foods

Italian, Russian, Oriental, a good cheeseburger and great onion rings just about anything, except Tuna Casserole.

I don't know why? I'll eat a boatload of Tuna Salad sandwiches, but Tuna Casserole just leaves me cold.

Like Andrew Zimmern says, "If it looks good, eat it!"

It irritates me when people travel around the world and then go to a McD's, KFC, etc... You're in Singapore, Chile, or wherever, eat what the locals eat! You can eat xxx at home!
