    About Me

I read cooking magazines and go online for ideas and just for relaxation. Cooking is not a chore, it's a wonderful time with my husband, sitting in the kitchen just throwing out ideas to make something even more exciting. I'm so glad that I am married to someone who is not strictly a meat and potatoes man and who is always "up for something new" in the culinary arena. His response of "you know what would be awesome in/with this?" is usually the start of a new cuisine for us to try.

    Favorite Foods

Mexican definitely. Recently have been cooking Pancit frequently served with homemade spring rolls.  Not much of a baker.  Should probably hook up with someone who is.  I could prepare main meal, veggies and they could bake the breads and desserts.  Good plan, huh?
