    Reviewed Veal Parmesan
     |  By Chef Marva

"The sauce is to die for! My cut of veal was a tad tough, but thankfully, I made Chicken and Veal at the same time. The chicken was absolutely divine, so I know with the right cut of veal it too will be awesome.

    This a a keeper!"

    Handle
     |  By Karen From Colorado

"This, along with making tamales was a maiden voyage for me. I made the sauce exactly as recommended. It is great, however, had I read the reviews first, I would have included oregano as well. I have some left. Should I refrigerate, or can I freeze it. After the work, I do not wish to lose a drop! Yummo!"

    Reviewed 15 Bean Soup
    Handle
     |  By southern chef in louisiana

"Oh My, The soup is cooking. I took the long way by soaking the beans overnight and took the advice of another rater by adding one carrot to the mix. I used smoked turkey necks as they are so full of flavor and added Goyas Sofrita paste and a few drops of lemon. I've been tasting the juice. It is delectable. I can hardly wait until it is ready."
