    I do my best to convert all my recipes to lowfat or no fat. I also try to watch the sugar in recipes, using subsitutes when I can without changing the taste. I have become pretty good at this,taking most any recipe and making it lowfat or no fat,low sugar or no sugar,and in most cases no one can tell the difference.
