    "What a disaster! While the flavor was good, the patties fell apart before I could even grill them. Had to take them off the grill, re-work them by adding breadcrumbs and egg (which wasn't easy, having had the meat on the grill and fry them again. They were ok at best. Not sure where the rave reviews come from."

    I only made the meatballs - didn't take that long - and they were great! I used beef since I didn't have pork on hand, and used shredded lime rind since I had no lemon grass.     "Loved it. I used yellow cake mix instead, and 1 oz food coloring, and they came out beautifully! Not to mention delicious. Store bought cream cheese frosting works well with this too if you're super short on time."
