    New Topic Tripas Tacos in Mexican / Tex-Mex / Southwest United States

    "Can anyone tell me how to cook Tripas or small intestine to make tacos.
    I bought it at the store and like to try really odd and different things, thinking i could just find out how on the internet, but not finding much help."

    About Me

    I love to cook, I'm lucky all my children live close by and all tho none of them live at home we all get together for dinner every night, and I cook for them all. So I fix for 8 every day and we get to discuss how everyones day went at work. My grandkids come to my house after school too, they are 12 and 16 and still enjoy comming to my house after school. I am teaching my 16 year old grand daughter to cook She wants to be a Chef.

    Good old home cooking food, Cajen and Mexican.
