Whenever I'm in a good mood ( most of the times I am and that's anytime of the day even midnight ) I go to the kitchen, open the fridge and cabinets to look for something i can cook or bake.
That's one form of enjoyment for me...it's physically tiring but i feel good specially when the outcome is great. Then I am most happy if the members of my family would eat them. Maybe sometimes they are not so hungry enough ,that they don't even budge to take a bite. I would wrapped half of them and give it to the people who works in our building. I live in a condominium by the way. So practically i cook or bake because i love to. Eating them is just secondary.
I love Japanese, Italian, Chinese and of course Filipino food. I also like a few of Vietnamese, Korean and Indian food. I'm not a picky eater but I prefer seafood and vegetables.
I like muffins, not so sweet cookies and pies. Ohh ice cream...i love ice cream but i prefer chocolate and with nuts on them.
All of these are fattening.....no! not my friend if you will eat only in moderation...You can eat everything like i do.
