"Nice recipe. However I did what others suggested and used less of the brown sugar 3 tbls. I think next time I will use only 1 tbls as it still was sweet, and over powered the spicyness of it. Overall a really good tasting chili and one I will probably make again.
Update: Just made this for the super bowl 2012. I used less brown sugar..."

"This was a bit disappointing. It may be because I used a garlic sauce, but I love the stuff so how can that be a bad thing. Anyway, the cheese did add an interesting taste but the chicken was just plain chicken with jarred sauce over it. Nothing special. Sorry Kitten I usually LOVE all your recipes. This was just ok to me."

"Tried this recipe tonight. It lacks taste and the hot peppers made the sauce much to hot for me. I think it needs to have onions or something to add flavor. Sorry Rachael, this was awful."

"WOW......This was excellant. I decided to double the sauce and cut down on the red pepper flakes. It was perfect and so full of flavor. If you want it hot then use the required amount. Hubby loved it. Very easy to prepare. Will definitely make this again and again. Thanks for posting."

"This was just ok for us. I did add more garlic to the chicken, as we love the stuff. Seems like it should of had more flavor or something. I may add some onions to the tomatoes and saute` them and then add to the baking dish next time."

"This is definitely a keeper. I made it with sirlion tips and added red pepper. Doubled the sauce as another reviewer had said and it was fantastic. Served over white rice and along side a salad. Thanks for posting."

"Although I used beef instead of bison, I found the cooking time off. Took me another 45 till the roast was done. The seasoning was just ok, and a bit spicy hot if you got any on your beef. I paired it with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli. Good recipe for the beginner chef."
