"Love them. (Just read the 'too much baking powder' comment.....I am a cook and baker and was reluctant but it is fine. The batter gets poofie right away.....don't worry. The pancakes are light and excellent. Only thing I add besides love is 1 tsp. vanilla per batch and for the little ones.......non-dairy chocolate chips."

"I love, love, love this recipe and have made it frequently for friends and family for years. You can make it a day ahead but just make sure you do not overcook the chicken. It reheats very well. I use Catalina Dressing and whole cranberry sauce (only and cut the chicken breast into pieces...about thirds. I cook it for much less time....about ..."
