    About Me

My husband and I own an indoor gardening and greenhouse supply business. Fortunately I can afford to be a stay-at-home-mom for our three-and-a-half-year-old son. We live in the foothills of Denver at 7500 ft. Our secluded community has limited flat "play" ground with no fencing and abundant wild life including coyote, so my son and I play inside and on our front deck except for when the weather permits; we to go to the community playground.
I like to cook when I can find the time, although I prefer recipes that I can whip together in half-an-hour or less considering my son requires much of my time. I love cooking "gourmet" and I've found some great, simple recipes that have shown me that gourmet isn't exactly difficult.
I also try to cook for my blood-type(A) which is "mostly vegetarian"; no red meat but there are a lot of restrictions so it makes meal planning a challenge.

    Favorite Foods

I love Mexican. My husband loves Italian and Lebanese. Our son is a vegetarian.
