"Started the dough last night and placed it in the refrigerator and this morning took it out to rest and warm a bit. Prepped the caramel, this tastes great by the way, then rolled the dough in the butter and sugar/cinnamon. Let it raise an hour and right now its in the oven and waiting!!!

"First time with this recipe and stuck to the directions pretty close. Added some baby potatoes, turkey from Thanksgiving and a yellow onion. Turned out great!!!

Next time my own pie crust, more potatoes, and will try chicken.

    Overall very good!!!!"

"I finally found a great start to good chili!!! Watched the video over and over and read VioletScope's rendition of the process. Well here's what I came up with:

    1/4 Cup Ancho chili powder
    3 T Paprika
    1 Large White Onion, Diced

"Good start to something great! Went with 1 lb of hamberger and 3/4 lb sausage. Used chicken broth since I didn't have beef. Mustard instead of vinegar. Next time I'll brown the meat and add to broth then cut down the liquid, starch and flour about half. Not a bad beginning!!!!!!"

"Ok, I like the basics of this sauce. Changed a few things as always:
Used Tomato sauce instead of the crushed tomatos, added 1/2 t of oregano and Basil extra, ; added a 1/4 c sugar along with some red pepper flakes.
    Used rope smoke sausage
Will leave it set over night to season....then bring on the noodles.
