Reviewed Sesame Chicken
"Well. this is quick and not bad, to boot! I do find it a bit sweet, but that can be played with. I like to add ginger and veggies to it. I kept sauce at full amount and did a full breast and about 2-3 cups veg. Was a bit much sauce, so next time, more veg or less sauce! Thanks for sharing!"

Reviewed The Canadian Living Burger
"These were good, I liked the flavour. I like a bit of a drier burger, and this one was moist, but I would make these again! We had them on ciabatta buns, yum!"

Reviewed Cauliflower Soup
"Well, I;l be eating this tomorrow, but it tasted not bad so far. For some reason I found the instructions confusing. Like adding the milk mixture to the flour, when the milk had already been added to the cauliflower broth? Perhaps I wasn;t reading right? Also no temperatures were indicated, which I like having in a recipe. And perhaps, bu..."

Reviewed Rice Salad
"This was a good recipe! I 1/2;d the rice mixture and kept dressing at full amount. Next time, I think, I;ll reduce the oil amount. It felt just a bit oily to us, but I will definitely use the recipe again! Thanks for sharing!"

Reviewed Tuna-Riffic Pasta Salad
"This wasn't bad! I like the use of yoghurt vs too much mayo. Just found it a bit mild, so I added some Frank's, worchestershire, bragg's, bit of lemon. Added more pasta and peas and green onion. All in all, it's yummy. Not a big wowwer, but enjoyable! Thanks for sharing!"

Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
"These are great little PB cookies. They're simple, but it's great they are flourless. I added some salt to mine and used golden brown sugar, added a few chocolate chips and I think they're really decent cookies. Thanks for posting!"

Hi there!
I am a woman in her mid-30's who never learned to cook...and somehow, I love it!!
Just not so good at it - yet!
I'm also a Dr.TCM, which means Acupuncture and Herbs, so I am into health. But after practicing healing for some time now, I really believe that lots of things are good for you in respectful moderation. So, I am all for chocolate, butter, baked goods and fine wine!
I love food, I happily obsess over recipes, I relax browsing them and collecting them online. Recipezaar has been a super positive experience for me and I really appreciate all you sharing your experience. :o)
I have a sweet husband who is happy to help in the kitchen, but strangely, he never learned to cook either! So, we try plenty, and we are getting better with each meal!!
Anyhoo, thanks everyone for your recipes!!
I would love to be a veggie, but am not quite there yet.
I try to eat meat on a pseudo-limited basis and try to be conscious of where we buy it :)
Learning to like more and more foods, would still pass on Brussel sprouts though...
