    About Me

Hi, my name is Peggy.  I have lived in the South since 1998 and have been a member of recipezaar.com since 2005.

Upon Dr.'s recommendation, I have begun the conversion from super-carnivore to part-time carnivore and eventually to vegetarian then vegan and macrobiotic.

I have been vegetarian before but never vegan or macrobiotic.  And even though I've read some recipes, the ingredients are so unfamiliar to me that they mean nothing, much less stick in my memory.  I am an adventurous eater so I'm not worried about finding something I like.  It's just getting to know what it is and how to make it.

In the meanwhile my previously posted recipes will stay where they're at.  As I find more of the recipes that I'm supposed to be looking for I will post them as well.

Henceforth I will be again scouring Recipezaar.com for ideas, and looking to y'all for advice and guidance.

    Happy recipe-finding

    Peg
