    I am married and am a new mommy.  Food intolerances and minor allergies to certain foods has made me become a creative cook.  I have learned to substitute a good number of recipies to fit my family's health needs.

    Recently I have been told to go grain-free for a while and now I am experimenting with Coconut and Almond Flour.

    In my opinion, food simplicity is tastiest!

    Favorite Foods

    Rice Flour Pancakes - they soak in the maple syrup better!

    Grilled Meat - any type.  Marinades are easy to make.  :)

    Spinach, Almond, Strawberry Salad.  Toss on whatever dressing sounds good.

    Fried Baloney Sandwiches with tomatoes and mayo
