"This meatloaf has a nice taste but was a little dry even with the barbecue sauce and I followed the recipe exactly. Would definitely try it again as it was so quick and easy to put together."

Reviewed Jam & Coconut Filled Muffins
    Handle
     |  By Ocean~Ivy

"I liked the texture of the coconut in the muffin but the taste was a little bland and the coconut on top started to burn. The jam did not add much to the taste of the muffin - maybe I overbaked them, I don't know. Would try this recipe again but maybe without the jam. Any feedback on where I may have gone wrong? Thanks."

Reviewed Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets
     |  By Chef Rhanda5

"Recipe was very simple and easy to follow; the fish came out pretty well - nice and tangy. The mustard was a little tart in the background; may use a little less of it next time. Along with steamed vegetables and white rice, this dish made for a nice light lunch."

"Nice flavor but lacked the crunch I expected. Would try this recipe again but maybe double dip in the egg and potato flakes like the other reviewer did. Also would add more spices to intensify the flavor."
