    "This was a great recipe!!! I didn't have regular milk or buttermilk so I used soy milk and it still turned out wonderful!!! I also only had light brown sugar but that doesn't make much of a difference. I'm going to have to hide them from my son becaus ehe has tried to eat them all!     "Very lovely bread. I made it for my son and he couldn't figure out what the fruit was. I served it warm with cream cheese. I also left out the walnits because I don't like them. I also didn't have any ginger, next time I'll add the ginger. This was very good. I highly recommend."
