    I'm a pharmacy technician and substitute teacher in Southern Indiana, USA.  I love to cook!  It relaxes me after a long and busy day at work.  Recipezaar (now is my favorite place to surf when I have a day off or some down time!  Most of my cooking time is spent preparing meals for my family or cooking something romatic with my boyfriend.  *gush*

    MUST HAVES:  green tea is must in the morning before breakfast, Indian curries, sushi, Thanksgiving dressing, simple pasta dishes, anything with artichokes or leeks (especially soups), homemade grape juice, and chocolate.
