    A misplaced Californian who relocated to the Dallas, TX area in 2005. Hoping to find time to work up a healthy recipe file between rounds of golf with my wife. We try to find one new recipe each week to try.

    Favorite Foods

    Most anything healthy, but not necessarily vegetarian. Seafood (especially salmon and ahi tuna), but I try and limit it to wild caught. Whole wheat pasta dishes, hearty soups, fresh veggies, particularly grilled.
