    About Me

Love to cook creatively for big crowds but am an empty nester (as of this year; my two 8-month-old Westies keep me hopping, tho'). Work full-time plus so appreciate recipes that taste like you spent all day in the kitchen but really whipped up in a few minutes. Have a couple hundred cookbooks and am still buying. If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be Madhur Jaffrey's 'Far Eastern Cookery'. Semi-pro photographer; pool player; love to travel; appreciate thoughtful discussions (light or heavy). Cook with wine and occasionally some of it gets added to the recipe (sorry, that's an old one).

    Favorite Foods

Almost everything at some time or another.
