"My DH will eat anything but when he says, "Good job, Hon" I know it was a major hit. We both loved this. I doubled the sauce ingredients and added a pinch of cayenne as we like spice. I also sauteed some diced onion and minced garlic at the same time I stir fried the shrimp. I took the suggestion of another reviewer to add some cream cheese and..."

"This was good. The only change I made was to add shredded chicken breast I had seasoned with garlic and lemon pepper to make this more of a main course. Thanks, Mirj."

"My husband and I liked this a lot! I am not fond of rice in stuffed green peppers so this was a great find. I did add one third of a can of tomato soup to the meat mixture and poured the remaining two thirds of the soup over the stuffed green peppers. The measurements of the seasonings was perfect. Oh, I did use ground turkey."

"Excellent! I used 1/2 cup low fat peanut butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 4 cups chicken stock rather than 5 vegetable, and one can of fat-free evaporated cream. It turned out wonderful. My DH really enjoyed it and couldn't quite identify the peanut butter taste. To him it tasted like a soup cooked out over an open fire. This is a keeper. Thanks, ..."

"Awesome! This was an excellent recipe that was very easy to make and it would be hard to go wrong. I didn't use bok choy and used regular white onion rather than green onions. I used a little more linguine, shrimp and scallops so I wanted to make a little more sauce as well. I pretty much eyeballed the measurements but it still turned out grea..."
