"My husband and I liked this a lot! I am not fond of rice in stuffed green peppers so this was a great find. I did add one third of a can of tomato soup to the meat mixture and poured the remaining two thirds of the soup over the stuffed green peppers. The measurements of the seasonings was perfect. Oh, I did use ground turkey."

"Excellent! I used 1/2 cup low fat peanut butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 4 cups chicken stock rather than 5 vegetable, and one can of fat-free evaporated cream. It turned out wonderful.
