    "I made this last week with Copper River salmon. At first I was concerned with the amount of oil called for because salmon is quite oily naturally but it worked out fine. I may never prepare salmon any other way again...it was that delicious! It's just the perfect light accent to the freshness of the fish...thanks for a fabulous recipe!"

    "Fixed this for dinner last night and it was fabulous...used boneless ribs so can't say falling off the bone tender but they just melted in your mouth...used a chipotle bbq sauce and seasoned the ribs w/s&p & garlic powder before braising...excellect recipe"

    "I made this last week using boneless country style pork ribs and they were fabulous! Hubs couldn't get enough of them. Because I only had 1 1/2 pounds of pork, I halved the cranberry and chili sauces. Thanks so much for this keeper of a recipe!"
