"Perfect brunch recipe! Made this for Little Miss (DD who loves pancakes and she really loved this recipe. I used organic self raising flour and it was so much finer then regular flour, so I had to add a little extra milk. Otherwise I kept to the recipe and Little Miss demolished all of them on her own. Will be making them again on Pancake Day..."
