    About Me

I live in the great state of the Midnight Sun...Alaska!

But I was born in Green Bay (Go Packers!)

I have just lost 40 pounds on e-diets.com (12 to go)

    I am double-degreed in Music (1976) and Theology (2004).

I also love to sew...clothing, costumes, quilts.

    Favorite Foods

Hard to pick a favorite...depends on the day.

But I love trying new recipes, particularly ones with unusual combinations of ingredients.
i.e. Chicken Adventura: chicken marinated in OJ, olive oil, garlic and cracked pepper. Then browned in oil or butter, simmered in the marinade. Add some sliced bananas, sliced stuffed green olives, and some tomato wedges. Serve over hot rice.
My whole family loves this one!
