    "Just got done with dinner, and I am STUFFED! I haven't had goulash since I've moved out on my own (8 years ago!, and I was craving some. I reduced the salt slightly (by only about 1/4 tsp, and only cooked for 6 hours on low. The meat was fall apart tender. The whole family loved it... Even both kids!
