    Reviewed Grilled Pineapple-Lemon Chicken

"This is terrific!!! I marinated for 24 hours, and had to end up baking in the oven instead of grilling, due to weather, but the flavor of this chicken was fabulous! Very lemony, and sweet from the honey and pineapple. I served with couscous and broccoli, and got raves from the hubby. I will make this again, and hopefully get to grill it! Than..."

"This was good, nice and juicy. I used boneless-skinless breasts, and they are nortoriously dry when baked. I didn't really taste much orange, but my husband did, and he liked it, so two thumbs up! I will cut the recipe in half next time, since we never make that much chicken at once...but the left-overs are great in a salad!!!"

"This was truly awful. The rice was mushy, the reaspberry seeds were terrible! The taste was pretty bland, I had to add more herbs and lots of pepper. It was easy to make, but I will not be making this dish again."

"This was FAB! I changed it a bit, for our tastes, adding some red pepper flakes to the mixture, and not putting the alfredo sauce into the stuffing, only on the top and in the botom of the baking dish. My husband loved it! Next time I am going to use broccoli instead of artichoke hearts, for a variation. Thanks so much for a great idea!!!"

"We really enjoyed this one! Sauce was flavorful, chicken was tender. Served it with uncle ben's chicken herb rice, and cauliflower. Big hit!"

"I made this last night for my hubby and it was a big hit! I love lemon chicken, and this was very lemony! I did add more lemon juice, and a few extra herbs, as my husband does not like red peppers, so I had to omit them. Fabulous! I will be making this time and again, and even change up the veggies, using asparagus or broccoli! Thanks so much..."
