"This was delicious and easy to make..... a real hit.
The next time I make this I am going to make it in a rectangular dish (like a food keeper.... I think it will be prettier and showier when sliced. I will also dust the top with paprika and parsley.
I served it with the small club crackers. Delish!"

"My college-aged sons said this is the BEST thing I've ever made and it is better than anything they've had in a restaurant!
I've made this many times..often I tear up a rotissiere chicken and add that and a couple sliced zucchini to this... stretches it and it's a complete meal. Good hot or cold."

"I liked these but prefer an oatmeal cookie without cinnamon.....to me, it takes away from the taste of the oatmeal.
