"Yum, what an excellent way to use up leftover turkey. The only changes I made was I left out the bay leaves, only cause I didn't have any and didn't use any parsley. Other than that followed recipe exactly and got wonderful compliments from everyone at the table. Thanks for posting.

"I have been making your recipe now for over a year. My peekapom was way overweight and the vet had me using the frozen Bravo diet. That started to get too expensive. When I found your recipe I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. This makes enough food for me to feed her for almost 3 months and it usually costs me about $13 to make it. I c..."

I would highly recommend these to anyone. Will make again and again..."

"This was definitely a nice, light filling dish. I did add some minced garlic along with the ingredients. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, I usually have to have a sauce for almost everything, but I was pleasantly surprised!!! Thanks for posting.Raylene:"

"This was a good recipe to try. The only thing I would say was that one large onion was not enough. Per the pictures I looked at it seemed like it would make a lot. After simmering the onion it left only enough for about 2 burgers. I would definitely suggest using more onions. Other than that the recipe was good. Thanks for submitting.Ray..."

"OhMyGod, this was ToDieFor!!!! The flavor was through and through. My DH couldn't stop complimenting me on this dish. The only change I made was to use a 2 pound Beef Sirloin Tip Roast as my grocery store didn't have any Tri-Tip roasts. I cooked it on the grill about 15 minutes per side and it came out wonderful. I did marinate it for a day a..."

"This is worth the five stars and more. Made this for a friend of mine who loves this Italian restaurant in town simply for their gorgonzola dressing. Now he knows he can always get it at my house and it's even better than the restaurants!!!!! Wonderful flavor and um um good. Thanks for posting."
