"This was really delicious, a great soup for a cold winter's night. The only thing I changed was, adding 1 oz dark rum, as well as 4 oz sherry wine, - not cooking sherry, - and some hot sauce. It might not be a "true" Cuban black bean soup, but it sure is good!!"
