    About Me

I'm staying at home for the first time in 20 years and I've got (a little) more time on my hands now. I have been experimenting with new dinners almost every night, which pleases my family and friends. I like to have friends over for dinner and the kids enjoy helping me make the new dishes, especially dessert. I find that they eat healthier foods since they are cutting up veges and doing some of the cooking.

    Favorite Foods

    *steak (rare only)
    *all seafood
    *all desserts
I pretty much eat anything and everything. I love anything that has a lot of flavors. Using fresh ingredients makes such a big difference (like grounding your own nutmeg or cinnamon).
