    "This was exactly what I was looking for, simple, quick, and delicious! I added a couple tablespoons of water, and used eggplant instead of zucchini. Unfortunately I didn't have any mushrooms (but I can't wait to try this again with mushrooms.     "My grocery store didn't carrie broccoli coleslaw, so I made this salad with regular coleslaw and it was very good. I also kept the pineapple juice, and threw in a cup of chick peas. Loved it!"

    "The cooking time is way too long - I don't like my oatmeal that mushy. Also, I never understood oatmeal recipes that use water... I always use milk - it's much creamier! Lastly, the milk, bananas, and raisins alone make a bowl of oatmeal plenty sweet - you really don't need the added sugar."
