"Very tasty. I make a variation of this using lime juice instead of lemon juice. Since my entree tonight has lime in it, I decided to use the other half for this dressing. LIght and refreshing. Feels like summertime! Thanks for posting."

"It's a keeper! After baking in the oven for 60 mins, my husband grilled the over sized Gyro burger on the grill to char the outside of the meat. Allow the meat to rest & cool before slicing. Use a VERY sharp knife. YUM! Thanks Steve!"

"We serve various versions of this n our house daily & before bedtime. I have growing teens with insatiable appetites. What type of milk is best to use? Can a sprinkle of sugar be added before serving? What about topping with fresh fruits? More serving suggested need. Thanks for posting."

"The slaw is very fresh tasting but needed a tweak. I made as suggested & served with dinner. IMO it was lacking something. After dinner, I added more olive oil, salt & cilantro. Let it marinate over night, and it was much better at lunch time. I would suggest making it well in advance (12+hours as it seems to improve in flavor after time..."

"Great recipe! I used tortilla shells for my pizza crust to cut down on the carbs. Used leftover buffalo chicken from Recipe #493751 I omitted the pizza sauce and just used our favorite BBQ sauce on each tortilla. I topped with the chicken, chihuahua cheese and blue cheese.
