    About Me

KissHi there, thanks for stopping by!

I've been an active member since 2007 not 2010. I don't think we eat the same meal 2x within a month. I am constantly perusing recipes looking for a new dinner entree to keep things interesting.

Thanks a bunch to all you fellow cooks & chefs who have generously shared your recipes & tips with ME! I have found many new family favorites here, since I joined RecipeZaar.

My husband and I consider ourself foodies, then there are  the kids, they don't like anything. I'm happy to say, that is changing day to day. Ahhhhhhhhhhh.

Friends often ask me if I enjoy cooking cuz I'm always cookin'. I typically respond with, It's a love-hate thing for me. I love great food but wish I had someone else to cook it for me. My husband finds the food prep & cooking / grilling therapeutic, I don't get it, I really don't!

Many of my everyday recipes  have morphed over time. I love to tweak recipes to our liking but many have remained unchanged over the years. At times I have  pulled a rabbit out of my hat and a new recipe has been created.

I have personally made all the recipes I have posted. All the dishes  are easy & oh-so tasty. I hope you enjoy my recipes as much as I do. Enjoy!

Bon appetit and thanks a bunch for any and all reviews!Wink

Anything I don't have to make Tongue.

I love Thai, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Mexican, good ol' American Cuisine, Soups & Stews. Let's face it, I love it all! :yummy:

My recipe ratings go as follows.....

5 stars: Rocks my taste buds to their core. I didn't change a thing!
4 stars: Near perfection but I may tweak it a bit next time.
3 - 0 stars: Thanks for sharing but it didn't float my boat. It may be worth another nibble down the road and definitely a tweak to suit my taste buds!
