"One of our household favorites -- the kids get soooo excited when they see the chicken simmering on the stove, because they know the dumplings are coming soon! Only additions were to include a lemon, cut in quarters, to the broth while cooking the chicken, and a little extra parsley and thyme to the dumpling mix. Great recipe, thanks!"

"This is so quick and easy -- and not only did DH and I love it, but both kids as well! I like having extra sauce for the rice, so I made some on the stovetop while the chicken was cooking. My only substitution was to use a dash of red pepper flakes instead of the black pepper. Two thumbs up, thanks!!"
