"These were by far the best stuffed peppers I've ever had. Wow...what a fun meal. Only made one small change...mixed the tomato sauce with some tomato soup (my grandmother use to use only tomato soup so it was my compromise. Will have these often....no doubt about it."

"Out of this world. I'm trying to go vegetarian and this sounded so good. I tried it with my daughter for lunch and we both thought it was deelish. I used a bit more cheese, but otherwise didn't change a thing. Another thing...It's so fast and easy to prepare. It's put together in minutes. Thanks for posting."

"So very easy to make and so healthy for you. These "fries" were scrumptious. Have just turned vegetarian so am looking for little ideas here and there. Even omnivors will love these."

"Awesome recipe. Tried with barbecue sauce and without. Tasted great both ways. I,too, needed the extra sauce and breadcrumbs and turns out I forgot to preheat my pan...still came out grrrreat. Only for convenience sake used skim milk. It's amazing how fast and simple this is and how great they turned out. Thanks for sharing.ox Kathy"

"Grrrrrrrrrrrreat soup. Being a crockpot person, after sauteing the onions I threw everything into the crockpot and let it cook on low all day. In place of the water I used 6c vegetable stock. Also for the tomatoes I used one can chopped with liquid and a 28oz can crushed tomatoes. Cooked my macaroni seperate and added the last half hr or so before..."

"mmmm mmmmm good. What a great stew/chili. You just know I'm going to be making this often. It's absolutely scrumptious. Made a couple changes:instead of 2cans diced tomato, I used 28oz crushed tomatoes. I used only 1 chicken breast and shredded it instead of cutting into pieces. Thanks so much for the posting. xo Kathy"

"A nice heart-warming and tummy-filling soup.I did use beef broth instead of water, only because I had some extra in the fridgs. Another change was no peas, dill or lemon juice. But I did add a small can of tomato juice at the end. After step 6 I added the zucchini and transferred to my crockpot and left it on low for the rest of the afternoon. This..."

"This chicken recipe was wonderful. As I sat down to dinner,my first bite was that of the chicken so I could experience it on a cleansed palate. MMMMMMMM My eyebrows shot up and a hearty OMG came forth. How is it possible that something that's so easy to prepare and so quick to bake can taste so wonderful?!! Great recipe,OneEye...thanks for posting..."

"We had this for dinner tonite and it was grrrrreat. Will definitely have often. It's not like the run of the mill stuffed pepper. Has a southwestern twist to it. The peppers I got were a bit larger than medium, so I used 4. It's one of those dishes where you want to have another but know you'll be sick if you do,lol. Thanks for posting the recip..."
