    About Me

    Well let's see. I live in a little town called Sandy in northern Oregon. As a coinsidence I work at a little store called Safeway....alright alright, it's not little...actually, it's probably the biggest franchise IN this town next to Fredmyer. Haha...ha. Ehem. I work in the deli...dun dun dun, as a deli clerk. Besides work and this town being small, some of the things I enjoy doing in my free time is looking up random recipes and cooking with whatever ingredients I have...spontaniousity, if there is such a word, would sum me up completely. My dream is to become an archeologist, or go to school for it at least. One of these days I will have the funding. I guess last but not least...well...let's just leave it at that for now. ^_^

    Favorite Foods

    I absolutely L-O-V-E Peanut Butter. Preferably extra crunchy. Though I know I should stay away from large amounts, I can't help but indulge myself into a jar of the creamy/crunchy goodness. I also enjoy yogurt of mostly any kind...though blueberry is my favorite. Which leads me to my next food item favorite. Blueberries. I enjoy most anything made with them or just to eat them fresh or frozen. I don't necessarily have a dish I am famous for...I haven't really had the time to make something up of my own mind, but I do make pretty mean Pudding Cookies and can mix drinks like a pro...or so I wish. Haha. Iv'e also grown to enjoy mushrooms and can make pretty okay stuffed mushrooms with various ingredients. I can't seem to stay away from La Bamba (a mexican restraunt) which serves up an awsome Taco Salad with chicken; Tolgate Inn (your everyday mixed food restraunt) which serves awesome deli sandwhiches and famed Eggs Benedict; and of course...most everyones favorite breakfast restraunt, IHOP. I just can't seem to stay away from Pancakes and Belgian Waffles. Im addict...somebody get me some freaking help! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my ramblings. Have a great day/night.
