"This has become one of our favorite ways to serve potatoes. I dropped the 1/4 cup butter for the topping, though. I don't think the recipe needs it, and the omission of the butter drops some of the fat calories. Thanks for sharing."

"My husband liked these, but I was not impressed. They are easy to make and different, but not as flavorful as I expected."

"I first got this recipe off the Pillsbury website, but lost it and couldn't find the recipe on Pillsbury again. Thank heavens for Recipezaar! This is one of my husband's favorite chicken dishes."

"These pork chops are really good! My daughter made them for us (from the "Taste of Home" magazine a few years ago. They have become a staple pork chop recipe for us ever since. I dropped the green pepper from this recipe since my husband is not fond of it. Otherwise, I wouldn't touch a thing!"

"I added a little more onion, salt, and a can of green chilis. I also used flour tortillas because that is what I had on hand. They turned out great, especially with frying them a little which kept them crispy. My husband polished off the leftovers and wanted more!"
