"I am really excited about this recipe because it was so good and easy. I used very small white potatoes that I roasted in the oven, frozen green beans also roasted in the oven, sweet onions and my own balsamic dressing that I had on hand. It was quick, delicious and healthy. So nice to have a new salad idea. I'm sure I will make often. Thanks..."

"Wow! What a complex blend of flavors and textures. This soup is absolutely delicious and so easy to put together. I made 1/2 recipe and used slices of chicken italian sausage to make it healthier. I also omitted the red pepper flakes as my family doesn't like spicy. This is definitely a new favorite. Thanks for posting!"

"This pie is really good for something light and quick. Of course, it's not the rich key lime pie I would love to have, but it definitely worked for my weight watching plan. I'm sure I will make again. Thanks for posting!"

"Wow! These were so good and easy. I just used 1/8 tsp. cayenne as I was afraid they would be too spicy for my kids. They were just right for us like this. I also just sprayed with olive oil spray. They cooked faster than the time stated too. I'm sure I will make these again and again for a healthy side dish. Thanks for posting!"

"It doesn't get any easier than this! This is a good hearty vegetable soup for low points. I used a combination of frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and pureed some with my immersion hand blender when cool. It turned out nice and thick this way. Next time I will try with just broccoli cuts and not puree and see what I think. Also will try..."

"This is pretty good for something sweet considering the low points. I had a few small cinnamon cookies with it."
