    About Me

    I am a single full-time working mom of a beautiful little girl. I love to cook and craft. Cooking has always been a relaxing thing for me to do as long as I can remember. The first dish I remember making is for my cousin when he visited us in NYC. I was no more than 8 he was a college student and wanted some breakfast. He had gotten in late the night before and I remember mom fixing him a steak. The pan was still on the stove so I just put 3 eggs in that pan and stirred like mom always did until they were fluffy. Except these were brown scrambled eggs! Turns out the juice was still in the pan from the steak the night before. My cousin LOVED the eggs, since they tasted like Steak and Eggs. My first food morphing experience.

    Now I love to cook for me and my family and friends. I do small catering on the side; especially with desserts (birthday parties and showers, etc.)

    I try to find as many recipes as I can and make them simple and easy and more important – easy on the wallet. You can be a gourmet cook without spending your retirement for good tasting food. Experience all the tastes the world has to offer and never limit what you will try.
